1Definitions and Applicability

The meanings of the terms used in these terms and conditions are described below:

• "Platform" refers to the jilitk website, mobile version and all associated digital services.
• "User" or "Member" refers to any person who operates a registered account on jilitk.

3Age Verification

jilitk strictly follows an age-based access policy. This platform is only for those aged 21 or above.

• At the time of registration, the user must confirm that they are 21 years of age or older.
• jilitk may at any time request a copy of a government-issued identity document, national ID card or passport for age verification.
• Providing false information about age will result in immediate account cancellation and all winnings will be forfeited.
• Protecting minors from gambling is part of jilitk's social responsibility.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following conditions apply to depositing funds into jilitk:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (for all payment methods).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.
• The correct amount and reference number must be stated when making a deposit.
• Deposited funds must be sent from your own account only — sending through a third party is prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• The withdrawal process is generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.
• Withdrawal funds will only be sent to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• In the case of unusual transactions, jilitk may request additional verification.

5Bonuses and Promotions

jilitk offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. These bonuses are governed by the following conditions:

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus and the total balance becomes ৳2,200.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

• The wagering requirement on the bonus is 15 times.
• The specified wagering must be completed before the bonus becomes withdrawable.
• Attempting to withdraw without meeting the bonus terms will result in the bonus being cancelled.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period — if not used within the set time, the bonus will expire.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the bonus will be withdrawn from the associated account.

6Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to playing games on the jilitk platform:

6.1 Fair Play

jilitk operates on a fair play policy. The outcome of all games is determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) system, which ensures that no party can artificially influence the result.

6.2 Betting Limits

A minimum and maximum bet amount is set for each game. These limits cannot be exceeded. In the event of a technical error during a game, jilitk may declare that round void and the staked amount will be refunded.

6.3 Dispute Resolution

If there is an objection to the outcome of any game, a complaint must be submitted via live chat within 48 hours of the result being published. Complaints submitted after the specified time will not be considered.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jilitk platform:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Placing artificial bets with the intent to abuse the bonus system.

• Playing games or placing bets using automated bots or software.
• Attempting to interfere with the platform's security systems.

If evidence of any of the above violations is found, jilitk reserves the right to close the account, forfeit funds and take applicable legal action.

8Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Suspension by jilitk

jilitk may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• In the event of a violation of any clause of the terms and conditions.
• If fraud or fraudulent activity is suspected.
• If the user fails to provide information requested for verification.
• When required to comply with the directives of a regulatory authority.

8.2 Account Closure by the User

If a user wishes to close their own account, they may submit a request via 24/7 live chat. Self-exclusion can also be activated from the responsible gaming page.

9Limitation of Liability

jilitk does not accept liability for the following:

• Financial loss arising from the user's own gaming decisions.
• A game session being interrupted due to loss of internet connection or a third-party technical issue.
• Any issue arising from a fault in the user's device or software.
